RUPP National Incubation Center of Cambodia (NICC)
RUPP National Innovation and Collaboration Centre (NICC) offers approximately 60 sqm of co-working space with six dedicated startup desks. Established through a KOICA-funded partnership, NICC provides early-stage ventures with:

HCMUT Technology Business Incubator
HCMUT’s Technology Business Incubator and its university-owned enterprise form the backbone of its entrepreneurship support system. The incubator offers mentorship, prototyping facilities, funding support, and access to international networks. Startups are nurtured through both in-house innovation programs and public competitions such as Bach Khoa Innovation, the university’s flagship annual challenge.
PSU Science Park
PSU’s Science Park, including the RSP South facility in Hat Yai, functions as a regional innovation engine. It supports research commercialization, startup incubation, and SME engagement through several sector-focused programs.
P-SEDA (PSU Student Entrepreneurship Development Academy) provides a launchpad for student ventures, while the Halal and Cultural Innovation program develops solutions that blend design, tradition, and science. The Science Park spans multiple facilities and acts as a soft-landing space for businesses and entrepreneurs.
