Ateneo de Manila University offers a 300 sqm incubation space at its Loyola Campus through Bluenest, the university’s official incubation program under the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO).

The University’s 2,456 sqm of innovation and research space houses the Universities’ Research Centre (URC), a facility dedicated to nurturing academic inquiry and applied research. The URC supports faculty and students in conducting research, facilitates access to modern technology for government and private sector clients, and delivers training for hatchery enterprises and diagnostics in agriculture and health. While not formally labeled as an incubation hub, its functions align closely with university-based innovation services.

Chulalongkorn’s innovation ecosystem is anchored by the CU Innovation Hub, which supports startups and researchers in transforming ideas into scalable ventures. This ecosystem is complemented by CU Enterprise Co., Ltd., which helps commercialize university research and facilitates collaboration with industry. These platforms offer co-working spaces, business development programs, seed funding opportunities, and mentoring from seasoned entrepreneurs and academics.

NUS provides a robust incubation environment anchored by its BLOCK71 global network, dedicated co-working spaces, and flagship accelerators like the Graduate Research Innovation Programme (GRIP) and TS2 Accelerator. These platforms support early-stage startups with mentorship, access to research, and pathways to commercialisation. 

ITB operates two major innovation hubs: the ITB Innovation Park (IIP) Ganesha on the main campus and the IIP Bandung Technopolis (Gedebage), which together span over 2,500 sqm. These facilities house incubators, research labs, co-working spaces, and business accelerators as part of the PRIME STeP program, a national strategic initiative funded by the Asian Development Bank.

Universiti Sains Malaysia provides co-working and innovation spaces that serve as launchpads for venture creation, fostering entrepreneurial activity among students and researchers.

HCMUT’s Technology Business Incubator and its university-owned enterprise form the backbone of its entrepreneurship support system. The incubator offers mentorship, prototyping facilities, funding support, and access to international networks. Startups are nurtured through both in-house innovation programs and public competitions such as Bach Khoa Innovation, the university’s flagship annual challenge.

Dedicated incubation facilities for Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) is housed in ITB Innovation Park (Bandunuilt innovation hub at Summarecon Bandung (not on any of the four main campuses) offering business incubators, accelerators, co-working spaces and lab facilities to support ITB’s multi-campus ecosystem Institut Teknologi Bandung.
