DYNAMIC Project – The “DYNAMIC” project is NICC’s flagship youth innovation initiative in agri-tech. Supported by KOICA, it provides hands-on entrepreneurship training to Cambodian students and entrepreneurs in rural areas. The program is part of a broader vision to expand NICC’s influence across multiple provinces and sectors.

Check-in Me — A startup that digitizes visitor management through QR code check-in systems for businesses and institutions.

Zippy Express — A logistics company providing fast, tech-enabled delivery solutions nationwide.

Chalatex — A startup using innovative latex processing to transform Cambodia’s textile industry.

RUPP National Innovation and Collaboration Centre (NICC) offers approximately 60 sqm of co-working space with six dedicated startup desks. Established through a KOICA-funded partnership, NICC provides early-stage ventures with:

• Mentorship and guidance from experienced practitioners

• Pitch training and commercialization support

• Access to R&D infrastructure to advance product development
