With recognized strengths in computer science, engineering, and environmental science, RUPP hosts the National Incubation Center of Cambodia (NICC), which serves as a flagship national innovation hub. NICC advances tech entrepreneurship, research translation, and university-industry collaboration, helping Cambodia develop a stronger knowledge economy.
